British woman meets a legendary creature: the ‘lizard man.’

She immediately used her phone to capture this rare scene. This animal has only three toes on each leg, has claws, stands upright, and is muscular, with bloodshot eyes, a snub nose, and a long tail like a kangaroo’s.
